Meditation by Sandra Joylove

ree

Based on Moksha Mukti Apollo, the author of the book "Mirror", I would like to share my views on meditation. Meditation is a powerful tool to help us discover our true selves and find inner peace. In

Mirror, Moksha Mukti emphasized the importance of self-discovery and changing vague and misleading views of yourself. Meditation is a great way to achieve this. By turning our attention inward and becoming more aware of our thoughts and feelings, we gain a deeper understanding of ourselves and our place in the world.

Meditation comes in many different forms, from mindfulness meditation to loving-kindness meditation, each with its own unique benefits. The key is to find a practice you enjoy and make it a regular part of your routine. Just a few minutes of meditation each day can have a profound effect on your mental and emotional well-being.

Begin your meditation by finding a quiet place where you can sit comfortably without distractions. Close your eyes and focus on your breathing and watch the air move in and out of your body. When your mind starts to wander, gently bring your attention back to your breath.

Remember that meditation is not about achieving a certain state of mind or a certain goal. It is simply being present and cultivating a sense of inner peace and stillness. With regular practice, you will find that this sense of peace extends beyond your meditation sessions and into your everyday life.

As Moksha Mukti pointed out that meditation is an essential practice for anyone who wants to find their true self and find inner peace. I encourage you to explore different forms of meditation and find a practice that works for you. With dedication and commitment, you can unleash the transformative power of meditation and experience profound personal growth and spiritual development.
